As the golden hues of the setting sun gently kiss the rippling waters of Dal Lake, a serene tranquility envelops the soul.

It was during the month of August in the year 2023, one of the best of the months to visit the serene and ancient valley of Kashmir. Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, Dal Lake stands as a timeless testament to the natural beauty that graces this paradise on earth, further echoing the divine harmony celebrated in Hinduism.

The scene unfolds like a sacred offering to the gods – the fiery oranges blending seamlessly with the soft purples and pinks, painting the sky with an ethereal palette reminiscent of the divine manifestations described in ancient scriptures. The silhouettes of the traditional shikaras gracefully glide across the shimmering waters, akin to the divine vehicles that carry celestial beings across the heavens.
